I thought that if I was ever able to buy a house in Canada, I would have to put down a huge amount of money and pay really a really high interest rate. I had just moved back from many years in the States and had my own business. I spoke to a big bank here and they said I didn’t have a chance because I showed very little income for tax purposes. I was expecting Dave to charge me a big fee for all the work he put in for me (because that’s what happens in the States), but Dave told me the lender paid him for setting up the mortgage with me. How good was that! I can’t speak highly enough about Dave and what he did for my family and will work with Dave for the life of my mortgage.

A number of years ago, I was young and went through a very messy divorce that absolutely destroyed my credit rating. For a couple of years I tried to keep up with the payments but eventually had to declare bankruptcy. At that time a friend of mine told me to speak to Dave Lytton about my situation. He told me how important it is to pay your bills on time. Well, it has been a couple of years and my score has risen from the mid 400’s to over 650 and that I may well qualify for a mortgage. Dave has kept in touch with all this time and I have really appreciated that. If it wasn’t for Dave I know I would still be back where I was a couple of years ago.
